It is my sincere wish that you find hope and inspiration from these amazing women who chose to put themselves first and take action.  There is so much silent suffering with pelvic floor challenges and the Buff Muff Community is a place for support and guidance and connection so you know you are not alone and so that you have all of the resources and exercise and lifestyle education that can help you make changes just like these women.

You may have seen some reviews on Reddit and the app store about 'unethical billing'. I want to assure you that we do not charge anyone for anything they have not agreed to. We used to use a different platform that had some glitches in getting people their login details which gave the impression that they had been scammed. We no longer use that platform and are proud to have a human only customer service team who takes very good care of everyone
