We took our Core Confidence Certification and added a ton of additional information specific to pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery so fitness professionals would have ALL the key information.
The course is approved for 4 CECs with canfitpro, 15 CECs AFAA and 1.9 CECs with NASM. We are currently working on getting approvals for many other certifying bodies.

Kim Vopni is a self-professed pelvic health evangelist and is known as The Vagina Coach. She is a certified fitness professional who became passionate about spreading information on pelvic health when she was pregnant with her first child.
Kim is the founder of Pelvienne Wellness Inc - a company offering pelvic health programs and coaching for women in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause.
