Stunning Stowel Lake Farm on Salt Spring Island, BC, is a short ferry from Vancouver, BC or Victoria, BC. This location offers a beautiful and supportive setting for a retreat. Stowel lake is a full-time retreat center and organic farm set amid acres of meadows, forest, and organic garden.

Workshops and Wellness Practices

Dr. Brianne and Kim will offer multiple yoga, fitness, and wellness workshop sessions daily. Practices will be suitable for all students and all fitness levels and will emphasize breath, the mind-body connection, and pelvic floor-friendly fitness (safe for all types of pelvic floor dysfunction).

 
Private Instruction Available

If you’d like to work with Dr. Brianne and/or Kim privately, they will be offering the opportunity for private sessions on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional fee.

Meals

A personal chef with a diverse collection of talented help will prepare organic gourmet meals. The farm produces organic food year-round and collaborates directly with farmers, which means that food served during retreats is truly 'farm to table.’ Meals are vegetarian, and accommodations for dietary restrictions can be met.

Practice Space and Common Areas

Light-filled warm, handcrafted buildings provide a supportive setting for a retreat. There is plenty of space to curl up with a book by the woodstove or practice in the cherrywood room with panoramic views of the farm.

Dr. Brianne Grogan, PT, DPT

Dr. Brianne Grogan graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, in 2006 and earned her Bachelor's in Health Sciences from Linfield College in 2002. Soon after starting her physical therapy career, Brianne specialized in pelvic health... and she's never looked back! Her post-doctoral training includes coursework and certifications with the American Physical Therapy Association's Section on Women's Health, the Integrative Women's Health Institute, Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Kent, Pelvic Floor Yoga™ with Leslie Howard, and more. Kim Vopni is a self-professed Kegel maven and is known as The Vagina Coach.  She is a certified fitness professional who became passionate about spreading information on pelvic health after the birth of her first child over 18 years ago.
